How much is required to start?
A 30% deposit is due after the project agreement is signed and before work begins. The remaining 70% is due after your final review and approval, before the website launches.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. There's no mandatory website lease or required monthly contract. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are available if you want them, but they're optional.
What happens if I need something that was not in the original plan?
We will price the additional work before starting it, so you can approve the cost first. There are no surprise charges.
How many revisions are included, and what happens after that?
Essential includes 1 revision round and Professional includes 2. Custom projects list the included revisions in the project agreement. After launch, you also get a 14-day period for changes and revisions to the included features. New features or redesign work are priced separately.
